Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our online pharmacy weight loss clinic. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Pharmacy Weight Loss Bingley is a GPhC-registered online pharmacy (GPhC No. 9012511) providing weight management consultation and prescription services to patients in Bingley and the surrounding areas of the United Kingdom. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue treatment if we determine that a requested medication is clinically unsuitable for you. Our prescribers and pharmacists make all clinical decisions at their sole professional discretion.
All prescription weight loss medications dispensed by us require a valid prescription issued by one of our registered prescribers following clinical review of your completed health questionnaire.
We do not dispense prescription-only medicines (POMs) without an appropriate prescription. Submitting false or misleading information to obtain a prescription is a criminal offence. By submitting your questionnaire, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.
Prescriptions are reviewed and approved by our pharmacist before any order is dispatched. Approval is not guaranteed and is subject to clinical suitability.
Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept major debit and credit cards via our secure payment provider. All transactions are processed in pounds sterling (GBP).
Prices displayed on our website include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time; however, the price applicable to your order will be that confirmed at the time of purchase.
In the event that a prescription is declined following clinical review, you will receive a full refund within 5–10 working days.
Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Deliveries are made via a tracked Royal Mail or courier service to your specified UK address.
We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, adverse weather, or factors outside our control. It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive deliveries where a signature is required.
We do not deliver to addresses outside of the United Kingdom.
You may cancel your order at any time before your prescription has been approved and dispatched by contacting us directly. A full refund will be issued in such cases.
Once a prescription has been dispensed and your order dispatched, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for prescription medications, in accordance with UK medicines legislation and patient safety requirements. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Our services are not a substitute for your regular GP or primary healthcare provider. We strongly encourage you to inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
Weight loss medications may have side effects. You should read all patient information leaflets supplied with your medication. If you experience any serious or unexpected side effects, discontinue use and seek immediate medical advice or contact 999 in an emergency.
We do not guarantee specific weight loss results. Individual outcomes vary depending on lifestyle, adherence, and other factors.
We process your personal and health data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and our Privacy Policy. We aim to respond to all data-related enquiries within 48 hours. Your data is never sold to third parties.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
